We review enquiries from artists, independent labels and rights holders worldwide. Every project is considered individually based on the music, catalogue, rights position and the support required.
USEFULANSWERS.
How Aiming works with artists, labels, catalogues and rights.
ASK SOMETHING ELSE ↗THE WORK, CLEARLY.
These answers explain the general process. The agreement for your project sets the exact rights, services, reporting and commercial terms.
Both. Aiming signs and develops selected artists as a record label. We also provide distribution and individual music services to independent artists and labels without requiring every project to follow the same model.
Yes. We work with independent labels managing one or multiple artists. The scope can include catalogue onboarding, delivery, release operations, royalty accounting, rights and campaign support.
Label partners can manage releases and catalogue data, review delivery status and track-level royalty information, and work with participant allocations and statements. DDEX and API support are available for eligible label integrations. Access and features depend on the agreed setup.
Aiming manages release delivery, metadata, catalogue updates and platform operations for agreed artists and labels. Available territories, services and release requirements are confirmed during onboarding.
We deliver to major global streaming, download and social platforms. Availability can vary by territory, content type and platform eligibility. The current platform overview is listed on our Stores page.
Send the project as early as possible. The required lead time depends on delivery, quality control, campaign plans and each platform's processing. Aiming agrees the working timeline with you before release.
Yes. Support can include release strategy, campaign coordination, asset planning and editorial submissions. Scope is agreed per project, and playlist placement is always decided by the relevant platform.
Yes, for eligible works, recordings and territories. Publishing administration and neighbouring rights are separate services with their own rights, registration and agreement requirements.
Eligible recordings can be considered for Content ID, MCN and user-generated content services. We can also review conflicting claims, catalogue protection and platform-specific rights issues.
Selected music can be considered for suitable film, television, advertising, games and other media opportunities. Representation and approvals depend on the rights controlled and the agreement for each project.
Yes. You must own or have documented authority to use and administer every master, composition, artwork and other asset you submit. Rights conflicts can delay or prevent delivery.
Ownership and licensed rights are defined in the agreement for the specific relationship. A distribution services agreement, artist services agreement and record label agreement do not grant the same rights, so we set this out before work begins.
Reporting frequency, revenue shares, deductions, payment timing and thresholds are set out in the applicable agreement. Label partners can also use royalty accounting tools for catalogue and participant reporting.
Physical distribution support is available for selected projects. Manufacturing, territories, quantities, cost, lead times and fulfilment are agreed separately for each release.
Send links to the artist or label, recent music, who controls the relevant rights, upcoming release dates, catalogue size, current distribution setup and the services you want to discuss.
